You can view all users logged into the software at a given time using the Users Sessions screen. This screen displays the details for each logged in user, including the time of the last login. You can access the User Sessions screen from the Main Menu.
To view database logins and log outs for users not logged into the software, you can view the Audit Log. To view the Audit Log:
- Click the Audit Log link from the Main Menu. The Audit Log screen opens.
- Click the Advanced Search link in the search area to expand the Search options.
- Select Database from the Transaction Class drop-down.
- Select Database Sign-In and Database Sign-Out from the Transaction Type drop-down.
- Click the Search button. The Audit Log screen displays the audit log entries for the database logins and log outs within the date range specified in the Changed On field in the search area of the screen.

Hi Michelle,
You can search for past logins of a specific user within the Audit Log.
You may need to add fields to your layout to complete these steps.
