If you are experiencing issues with your iEBMS web pages, it can sometimes be beneficial to review the contents of your iEBMS Log file, or you may be asked to provide this information to Momentus Support Services when they are helping you to troubleshoot iEBMS issues.
If you do not clear your iEBMS Log file periodically then it may become quite large, with a lot of historical information contained within it, and it will be slow to open.
There are two ways to clear your iEBMS Log file, although both require that you have access to the web server where your iEBMS is installed.
Clear your iEBMS Log file:
- Go to your iEBMS installation folder (the default location is C:\inetpub\iEBMS)
- Run the application called WebConfiguration.exe
- On the General tab, click the Clear File button
Delete your iEBMS Log file:
- Go to your iEBMS installation folder (the default location is C:\inetpub\iEBMS)
- Delete the file 'IEBMSWebLog.log'
This file will automatically be recreated when iEBMS needs to record further log entries.

Hi
How can we access these logs within the cloud environment?
Thanks

Hi - you won't be able to delete the file in the Cloud environment as it's managed by our IT team.
If you wanted to look at the log itself, paste the following code on a non-error iEBMS page. Bear in mind that iEBMS is load balanced so the server you hit is random.
