If you find that you can NOT export a Crystal Report to a PDF format and all the non-English characters has been displayed as grids, then you have to open the report source file within Crystal Report and change all the fields to Unicode fonts, follow by sign off and back into Ungerboeck Software.

I downloaded the PDF thinking it was going to be a walk through of how to open the report source file and change the fields to Unicode fonts, but alas it was just a repeat of this statement.
I recommend providing detailed answers or linking to support pages detailing how to perform the require changes.
Since I select Tools > Export to PDF from my Work Order Items view I do not know what a "crystal report" specifically is, but I think I am about to find out.
