When creating a registration for more than one event, you are able to choose which events are included within each multiple registration link.
From the Main Menu, type Multi-Event Registration Configuration and click the link. Choose your configuration (or add a new configuration if you do not yet have one created).
You have two options for event inclusion for registering:
- Events that meet specific criteria
- Events that you specifically select
Events That Meet Specific Criteria:
This option allows you to set filters so that all events that meet the criteria will be included within the eligible events for registration within the registration link. The following filters can be used:

- Event Status Range – events with a status within the range defined will be included
- Event Category – (multi-select) – events with Category matching one of the categories selected will be included
- Event Class – (multi-select) – events with Class matching one of the classes selected will be included
- Event Type – (multi-select) – events with Type matching on of the types selected will be included
- Date Filters – events with start dates relative to the date the registration link is accessed
- Show Events starting before today by – this would include events with start dates in the past by the number of days entered, as it compares to the day the registration link is accessed.
- Show Events starting after today by – this would include events with start dates in the future by the number of days entered, as it compares to the date the registration link is accessed.
Events You Specifically Select:
This option allows you to choose which events will be included within the eligible events for registration within the registration link.
