If an exhibitor cannot log into Exhibitor Portal, verify the following for the person attempting to log in:
- Has the Internet Logon check box checked the Edit Contact screen
- Has the Event Sales account status set to Active on the Edit Contact screens
- Is linked to the correct organization account
- Has his/her organization account Event Sales account status set to active
- Using the email address assigned to him/her in the software
- Verify the 'Prevent exhibitors from accessing Exhibitor Portal' check box is NOT checked on the Edit Exhibitor screen.
- The device he/she is using. The preferred device is a PC using Chrome as the browser. If using a Mac or a mobile device on Safari, have him/her disable Private mode.
You also need to verify the Prevent exhibitors from accessing Exhibitor Portal check box is NOT checked on the Edit Exhibitor screen.
