The MM446 table stores the path and file name for the attached images. You will first need to insert a “temp” image and then set the Graphic Location (Format Graphic, Picture Tab) to point to the path and file name.
{MM446_DOC_ENTRY.MM446_DOC_PATH} & "\" & {MM446_DOC_ENTRY.MM446_DOC_ENTRY_ID}

Andreas,
Ungerboeck now stores documents in the database instead of the file system.You will want to try joining MM600_DOCUMENTS to MM446_DOC_ENTRY and display MM600_DOC_DATA

Hi
Has anyone had this working?, the temp pic seem to keep on coming out as opposed to any pics saved within the documents.
The subreport is configured as mentioned above.Thanks

Kris,
You may want to debug the report by displaying the path and filename next to the picture in the subreport. This way you can verify that the file actually exists. Also if you are running from v20, make sure the Reporting Server has access to the network directory that is being referenced (specifically the drive letter).

Also, not sure if it mentions it but Crystal cannot (for whatever reason) reference a https url. Your image server needs to be http.
I use this technique often to dynamically change the logo / footer images on invoices and reports based on either Org Code or Venue Code. You can have different branding on your reports if your venues have different logos.

Hey,
I tried to apply this solution to our system, but it did not work out, maybe because {MM446_DOC_ENTRY.MM446_DOC_PATH} is empty in the database. Does anyone know why this could be ?
