You can assign an evaluator to a session proposal submission or multiple session proposal submissions. To assign an evaluator:
- Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar. The Events page opens.
- Select the event with the proposals.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Edit. The Edit Event window opens.
- Select the Submissions tab.
- Select the submission(s) to assign to an evaluator. Use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple proposals.
- Right-click and select Assign Evaluator. The Assign Evaluator To Session Proposal window opens.
- Select the evaluator(s) from the Selected Evaluators drop-down. If you have assigned your evaluators to a committee, you can use the Advanced Search link in the Selected Evaluators drop-down to search for evaluators by committee.
- Click OK. The evaluator can then log in to the Evaluator portal and evaluate the submission.
